We'll start with a 15-minute free call to discuss your needs and see if we're a good fit. After the call you'll receive a secure portal link to create your HIPAA-compliant profile, complete intake paperwork, and get access to billing details and telehealth sessions.
Once your paperwork is finished we'll book your first session, dive into your story, and map out a personalized plan for your healing journey.
